Natural, plant based products are less inclined overall to irritate sensitive skin.

This particular blend of plant-based, organic oils was mixed specifically to sooth inflamed skin and aid in healing. Each oil is selected for their low comedogenic rating, along with their dense nutrient content.  Evening primrose oil is added particularly for its ability to balance skin and cool inflammation.

Ingredients: jojoba, evening primrose, prickly pear, and rosehip oils. Each are 100% organic. Vitamin e added to preserve.

Clean, simple ingredients, free from harsh or toxic chemicals.

A little goes a long way. Just massage a few drops of oil onto freshly cleansed skin once or twice per day.

1oz/30ml

Comes in a recyclable glass dropper bottle to minimize microplastic exposure

Made in small batches in Utah

Ingredient-by-ingredient, evidence-based mechanisms

Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis)

Why it’s good for skin

  • Composed mostly of wax esters, which closely resemble human sebum
  • Helps regulate oil production rather than clog pores
  • Strengthens the skin barrier and reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL)

Evidence-based effects

  • Non-comedogenic and well tolerated by acne-prone skin
  • Anti-inflammatory activity (linked to phytosterols and tocopherols)
  • Enhances penetration and stability of other oils in blends

Best for:

  • All skin types, especially oily, sensitive, or acne-prone skin

Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis)

Why it’s good for skin

  • Exceptionally rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid
  • GLA is a precursor to anti-inflammatory prostaglandins

Evidence-based effects

  • Improves skin barrier function in dry, irritated, or eczematous skin
  • Helps reduce inflammation, redness, and itching
  • Supports recovery in compromised or hormonally affected skin

Best for:

  • Dry, inflamed, eczema-prone, or hormonally sensitive skin

Prickly Pear Seed Oil (Opuntia ficus-indica)

Why it’s good for skin

  • Extremely high in linoleic acid
  • Contains high levels of tocopherols (vitamin E) and polyphenols

Evidence-based effects

  • Strong antioxidant protection against oxidative stress and photoaging
  • Supports skin elasticity and firmness
  • Helps restore barrier lipids and calm inflammation

Best for:

  • Aging, stressed, dull, or environmentally exposed skin

Rosehip Seed Oil (Rosa canina / Rosa rubiginosa)

Why it’s good for skin

  • Rich in linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid
  • Contains natural trans-retinoic acid (vitamin A derivative) in low, skin-safe amounts

Evidence-based effects

  • Supports cell turnover and skin regeneration
  • Improves appearance of fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and scars
  • Enhances collagen synthesis and overall skin texture

Best for:

  • Photoaged skin, uneven tone, scars, and post-acne marks
